I can't exactly remember when was the last time I took whitening pills. Maybe it was a year ago? So this is the FIRST whitening supplement I tried this year. A few months ago, I got to try and finish 30 capsules of the famous Frozen Collagen 2-in-1 Whitening x10. I think I took it in June or July but forgot to make a review. Today, I'll share with you my thoughts about this supplement.
To begin with, (not to brag or whatsoever) I was already born with a fair skin. During my teenage years, I had a huge hormonal pimple problems which leads me to use derma products to get rid and prevent pimple breakouts. These products tend to shed off layer of the skin and of course, I only use these products for my face (not on my neck or body) thus making my face a bit lighter than the rest of my body.
I first started taking oral glutathione in 2016 until 2017 and personally, glutathione does wonders on my skin. I haven’t consistently taken glutathione since I do try different oral glutathione for the sake of review. Since 2016, I’ve already tried the Snow Caps, Mosbeau Placenta WhiteAdvanced, Relumins Advance White, Snow Beautycare, Gluta White 500, Ishigaki Amino Classic White and Bellatrix Glutathione + Collagen. I usually take 1 capsule a day with Enervon C as my Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to boost the absorption of Glutathione thus taking a Vitamin C together with glutathione is a must.
Collagen is also a MUST for me. Been taking collagen since 2016/2017 with on and off periods last year. I took collagen again early this year and stop again last July.

derived from fish which has the same collagen structure of human skin. It helps
to repair the skin and reduce wrinkles. It also has Vitamin C. It has 12 extracts from Japan to help nourish the skin, reduce
dark spots, improve hair and bones and even protect the skin from the sun. This
product is made in Japan but distributed in Thailand.

Verdict:
I've been
taking collagen for years and honestly, you can only start to see the effects
after a few months thus taking this once a day. Plus I don't want to harm my
liver by taking a lot of supplements everyday so I prefer using this 1 cap a
day. I love that this product made my skin glow and gives that healthy look. It
also helps to prevent or lessen my pimple during those times. For the whitening
part, it didn't give that much glow maybe because it only has low dose of
glutathione but still gave me a glow. If you are looking for an affordable
collagen that is effective, I highly recommend trying this one!
