Even though it is the rainy season here in the Philippines, sometimes there are sunny days like the recent weather these past few days. Using a sun protection is a MUST for me every time I go do errands and go to work. Already on my 30's, sun screens helps to decrease the damage of the harmful UVA and UVB rays. Today, let me share with you my current go-to sun screen nowadays.
What are the UVA and UVB rays?
UVA PA+++ (Long UV rays that penerate deep into the skin, causing photaging. The higher the PA++++ number, the higher the UVA blocking effect)
UVB SPF Index (Short but strong UV rays that cause tanned or red skin. The higher the SPF number, the higher the UVB blocking effect)
Key Ingredients:
40% Bamboo Water (hydrates and soothe the skin)
3% B-Circadin (gives skin radiance)
Centella Extract (Soothes skin, heals skin, strengthen skin's barrier)
7-Fold Hyaluronic Acid (supplies moisture to the deeper part of the skin)
Forsythia Fruit (reduces inflammation and relieve pain)
Lonicerae Flos (clears heat)
Scutellaria Baicalensis (Reduce inflammation and kills gram-positive bacteria)
This packaging comes a transparent aqua plastic box. The product comes in a plastic shiny tube. I like that it has a concentrated tip as you can easily control the amount of product.
It has minimal scent.
How to Use: As the last step of skincare, apply an appropriate amount of the face and parts of the body that are exposed to UV rays. For the sunscreen to be effective, it has to be applied every 2-3 hours.
