I haven't done a HAIR CARE product review in a very long time since I had a dark black hair for almost 3 years. Recently, I just dyed my hair again for the 6th time this year! Yes, that's quite a bad thing since my hair is a little damaged now but glad to still maintain a healthy looking hair.
My current hair is a little dry and frizzy but would you believe that it still feels soft and so far, no split ends (yet!). I can't risk having a damaged hair again because this will lead to hair loss. Almost everyday, I experience hair loss since I also have a natural wavy to curly hair. Most of the time, I get a lot of hair fall due to not combing the hair regularly and because I'm back with dyeing my hair. Today, I'll be sharing with you one of the products I've used in a month that helped save my hair.
This is the ROOT BOOSTER SHAMPOO from the Korean brand GRAFEN. Grafen caters a lot of shampoo and other hair care product as they claim that they are the #1 Haircare brand in Korea. Glad that they made out lives easier since their products are now easily available at Shopee.
The GRAFEN Root Booster Shampoo is a hair saving functional shampoo that helps keep the hair and scalp healthy. It has neutral low acidic (pH 5.5) shampoo that contains 22 kinds of amino acid to ensure a healthy hair growth and scalp. Formulated with two oils, Camelia seed oil and Olive oil, which are perfect for nourishing the hair as they protect it from external pollution.
This shampoo is recommended for thin, weak hair, irritated and itchy scalp and helps prevent dandruff and hair loss. It has Has 11 kinds of amino acids, 2 kinds of oil ingredient (Camelia Seed Oil - makes the hair sleek Olive Oil - hair conditioning), 2 kinds of vegetable extract for scalp (Houttuynia Cordata extract - relieves skin irritation and stress & Perilla fructescens leaf extract - relieves skin) and 6 kinds of natural - originated surfactant. How to Use:
Soak hair and scalp with lukewarm water. Apply adequate amount of shampoo and massage gently. Rinse it off with water thoroughly.
Can be used with the Grafen Edge Finger which a scalp brush which makes bubbles. It washes off oil and wastes on the scalp and gives volume to the hair. Made from non toxic medical silicone and 100% waterproof.
How to use:
1. Make enough bubbles on the wet hair using water.
2. Scalp massage. Gently massage the entire scalp using the shampoo brush.
3. Volume up. After rinsing off hair using water, try to feel the freshness of the scalp.

After a month of using this product (3-4x of use per week), I can say that it helped lessen the hair fall plus made my hair strands much stronger. (Less hair when I sweep the floor and wash my hair). Love the nice pleasant scent it gives plus the cooling sensation while using it. It made my hair fresh and smooth right after wash. The edge finger a long with it helped to relax and soothe the scalp. The only thing I didn't like, it gives the hair oil making it a little hard to rinse that's why I only use every other day or every other 2 days. Personally, I like shampoo that feels squeaky clean on the scalp that's why I'm a little bothered with the oiliness of the hair after using this. Although, you can skip using a conditioner while using this shampoo as it gives the hair that soft and bouncy feels.
