Recently, I just dyed my hair again for the 6th time this year! Yes, that's quite a bad thing since my hair is a little damaged now but glad to still maintain a healthy looking hair.
Just a little hair history here, since 2010 (right after college), I started to dye my hair until 2016. My hair that time was so dry, damaged and frizzy because of constant hair dyeing for years. So I decided to have a dark/black hair again from 2016 until mid this year. During the times I had a dark hair, my hair became more soft and my natural curls came back. I remembered, dyeing my hair with ash and red on my dark hair (2x!) but it there were almost no change at all. Until I decided to dye my hair light again this year. I went to the salon and had my hair bleach 2x and dyed it after. Then after a month, I dyed my hair again. Few months passed, I decided to dye my hair again since the black roots are coming out. The last one was this December.
My current hair is a little dry and frizzy but would you believe that it still feels soft and so far, no split ends (yet!). I can't risk having a damaged hair again because this will lead to hair loss. Almost everyday, I experience hair loss since I also have a natural wavy to curly hair. Most of the time, I get a lot of hair fall due to not combing the hair regularly and because I'm back with dyeing my hair.
