Blair Eyebrow Duo: HD Pencil and Gel Review

Today's make up review will be the Blair Eyebrow Duo which was launched last year along with new products like their Velvet Mousse Collection and Lip Contour Liner. Some of you maybe familiar with the brand Blair Cosmetics since they started with their lip addiction lip lacquer and lip sticks last 2016. I've already tried their lip products as was really wowed with the shades and the formula. I've seen a lot of local celebrities and bloggers/vloggers who rave about their makeup line. Glad that they finally expanded their makeup line last year with adding new eyebrow, lip and skincare products. 
 
Blair Eyebrow Duo is an HD and long lasting eyebrow pencil and eyebrow mascara in one. 

Packaging comes in a dainty black and gold box. The eyebrow pencil and mascara can be seen on both ends. 
 
 

INGREDIENTS: Polyurethane, Water, Synthetic, Beeswax, Propylene, Glycol, Mica, Synthetic Wax, Stearic Acid, Dimethicone, Glycol, Mica, Synthetic Wax, Stearic Acid, Dimethicone, Triethanolamine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, PEG-100, Stearate Glyceryl, Phenoxyethanol, Silica, Iron Oxides, Titanium Dioxide Tocopherol, Ethylhexyglycerin, Isomerized Linoleic Acid
  
Each product are 0.4g and priced for Php 399. By the way, I got mine from Cheska's Store. They are actually a LEGIT retailer of Blair Cosmetics. 

The pencil is very pigmented, creamy and easily glides on the eyebrows. The mascara has the same shade as the pencil and is very pigmented as well. I think that the eyebrow pencils are the same shade while they only differ in the mascara shades. 
 
 
  

Available in 2 shades:
Deep Blonde (suitable for medium to light hair)
Light Brown (suitable for light to very light hair) 
 Not sure if you can see the difference but I use Deep Blonde on the left and Light Brown in the right. I concentrated using the pencil since it is dark and matches my dark hair. I only use small strokes for my right eyebrow since the Light Brown shade is too light for my hair. 
 

FIRST IMPRESSION: 
Application is very easy as it easily glides well on the eyebrows. The consistency is waxy making it easier to apply. The pencil has a dark shade which is suitable for medium to dark hair. The only difference is the mascara. They only have 2 shades and I find the darker shade (Deep Blonde) still light for my hair. I do hope they'll have more shades to choose. I'm planning to use the pencil part instead. I've already tried this a few times now and I love the longevity of the product. I was able to use this for 12 hours and my eyebrows stayed on place for that period. Price point is 50/50 for me since I know I wouldn't use the mascara part. Overall, I like the performance of the Blair Eyebrow Duo.
