Taking care of our HEALTH is the number 1 priority nowadays. With everything that is happening currently, health is really wealth. Having a great immunity means less chance of being infected (and/spreading it to others) or if ever you are infected, then you can easily fight off whatever infection you have in a shorter period of time. Being a NURSE, I make sure to take A LOT of vitamins in a day since we are dealing with a lot patients in a day. This is the VITA500 Vitamin C DAILY STICKS from a Korean brand - Kwangdong (started 50 years ago in Korea). This is the Korea's #1 Vitamin Drink and now they also have it in powdered form. It has no side effects, safe for all ages and harmless to pregnant women. It is daily vitamin powdered stick that 500mg of Vitamin C that has an anti oxidant effect - protects the body cell from free radical and necessary for absorption of Iron.

Honestly, I'm not sure how to take this one as it says that the powder can be taken directly from the stick itself. I prefer to still mix the powder in a half cup of water and drink it in liquid form. So I've drinking the Vita500 Vitamin C Daily Stick as an added supplement of Vitamin C in a day (since I still take other multivitamins and glutathione capsule in a day). I like that I can easily take it this and even bring this around (especially at work). Taking different vitamins and especially the Vitamin C helps to boost the immune system so that you cannot easily get a virus. Although boosting the immune system doesn't just depend on taking vitamins but also by having a healthy diet, sleeping early, avoid stress and many more. Living a healthy life is a blessing nowadays as being sick is can be so expensive. It's better to invest in vitamins and being healthy than drinking medications right? COLLAGEN has been DEFINITELY became part of my life when I first discovered it in 2015/2016. This played a big part in my skin care routine and since then, I've been constantly taking different collagen to take care of my skin.

Already on my 30's, taking I make sure to take COLLAGEN once a day to keep my skin youthful. So I've been taking the TEAMI BUTTERFLY COLLAGEN for more than 1 month now and I can say that it really helped IMPROVE my skin by keeping it more supple and soft. Even though I have a bad body clock lately (been awake at night most of the time), my skin still feels soft and plump (not dry). I also noticed that it helped lessen my hormonal pimple breakouts and helps to dry it faster. My body skin is usually dry but in a span of 1 month, this collagen help to hydrate and make my skin more fresh and moisturized. I also have LESS HAIR FALL now. I find that most people compliments how good my skin is lately and how I look fresh and not haggard all day! Haha

By the way, it has minimal fishy scent and you can't even taste the collagen when mixed with your drink. The collagen powder is very fine so it can easily dissolved on the drinks. This collagen is recommended to add your smoothies but I prefer adding it to my coffee everyday. Not sure of the particular time but I take this every time I wake up (regardless of the time). It is also recommended to add 1 scoop (10g of collagen) in a day but since I feel like I don't need that much collagen in a day, I only take 1/2 of collagen. This can also help to maximize the use of the collagen so that you can take it for a much longer time (maybe up to 2 months). My skin is not flawless as it seems to be and I still get occasional pimples and small bumps and these leave a red mark on the skin. This is the COVER-UP BB CREAM from the Korean brand, Face Republic. a blemish balm that is lighweight, non drying and has a matte finish - perfect for everyday look. It has an SPF50 PA+++ to protect the skin from the harmful UV rays and also perfect for that sunkiss skin.

It has Niacinamide to minimize the pores and promotes hydration on the skin. It also has Cyclopentasiloxane which is a water-thin silicone that gives that smooth and non-tacky matte-finish. Has Titanium Dioxide to proetct the skin form the harmful UV radiation - gentle for everyday use.

Packaging: It comes in a peach box and peach squeeze type tube. Very easy to bring around.

Shades: Not sure if this has other shades but the shade that I got has a neutral shade with yellow undertone - good for morena to dark skin tone (It is a little dark for a fair skin)

Consistency: Sticky consistency. The cream is a little thick and color transparent light yellow.
