From the name itself, Beiruti Bite comes from Beirut which is the largest city and capital of Lebanon. They just opened late last year and the feed backs are good. According to Mr. Saad, an Egyptian Lebanese decent and owner of this restaurant, the main ingredients are all imported from their country and even their chef is also from Lebanon.
Place btw has a very Middle Eastern theme, one can really feel and experience authentic Lebanese dining. The decors on the place really represent their culture.
Here's the menu I got from their restaurant: (click to enlarge)
Here's what we're served to us:
Cold Mezza:
Hummus (Php120)
"Pureed chickpeas blended with garlic, lemon juice, sesame paste and drizzled with olive oil"
Moutabal (Php120)
"Roasted eggplant mixed with garlic, lemon juice, sesame paste and drizzled with olive oil"
Baba Ghanoush (Php120)
"Roasted eggplant mixed with garlic, lemon juice, vegetables, sesame paste and drizzled with olive oil"
Jebneh (Cheese Pie) (Php95)
"The traditional Lebanses cheese wrap"
Mixed Grill (Php285)
"Taste them all: One skewer of Grilled Beef, Shish Taouk, Kafta Beef and Kafta Chicken"
Overall, I had a nice time trying authentic Lebanese dishes at Beiruti Bite. All 3 dishes served were definitely tasty and I can already imagine the culture they have by just eating the foods served. Dishes served were very rich in spices and flavor, totally one of a kind. Recommended for everyone especially those who wanna try authentic Middle Eastern dishes at a very affordable prices.
Btw, because of the success they've achieved on serving authentic Middle Eastern foods, they'll be opening their 2nd branch at Market Market soon! So please make sure to check them out :) Also I wanna thank Mr. Saad for inviting me on their restaurant :)
