This is the ROUGE STAR PLUMPING LIP TATOO from the Korean brand, Catrin. It is a plumping lip tatoo pack that firmly plumps the lips the moment it is applied. It creates a detailed lip line for that voluminous firm lips. It has long lasting vivid colors and highly waterproof. It is also a lip care ine one that provides moisture and nutrients to the lips. It gives off soft, matte and plumper lips.

Shades: I got the Richly Red shade which gives off a clear red shade that brightens the face as soon as it is applied.
HOW TO USE:
1. Evenly apply the Rouge Star Plumping Lip Tattoo Pack within the lip line (It may be tingly and hot so do lip care product before applying).
2. Allow the lip tattoo to dry for about 5-15 minutes. Then slowly remove once the product is dry enough so that it doesn't smear.
3. Not just coloration, but also lip care! Absorption of color and nutrients while the lips are drying. You can apply lip balm or lip gloss for a more moisturized and beautiful shade.
