It's been almost 2 years already when I first started using lip tints as I find it very affordable, easy to use and long lasting compared to other lip products. 
I remembered buying my first lip tint, which was this Etude House Dear Darling Tint in 2014. I wasn't really into beauty blogging before so I wasn't able to share a review about this. Since then, I've been switching with different Korean lip tints brand for over 2 years namely, The Face Shop's My Lip Eat Cherry, Tony Moly's Tony Tint and Peri Pera's Tint Water. 
For today's review, I'll be sharing with you my thoughts on the Etude House Dear Darling Tint in #01 Berry Red. 
Description: "Easy to apply and long-lasting, this gel-based tint provides lips with a healthy, flushed look on lips." 
Packaging: This doesn't come in a box but this lip tint comes in a sealed plastic. The product itself comes in this cute glass tube. It also comes in a doe-foot applicator. The expiration date is also indicated.  
Price: Php248 
Volume: 24g  Consistency: Jelly-watery type of tint that easily glides well on the lips. 
Color/Shades: I believe that there are 4 shades available but I got mine in 01 Berry Red which has a hint of pink and red shade. 
- The color is not that pigmented as I have to dab a few times on lips just to achieve the color/shade that I desired.

Cons:  - Not long lasting (I believe that after 4 hours of use, I have to retouch my lips as the color wasn't as vibrant as I first applied it)  - I still need to apply more layers to be able to achieve my desired shade.  Verdict:  - I've already used this one in 2014 and I was only able to review it now.  - I really like this lip tint compared yo water tints as it has a jelly consistency that makes my lips very moisturizing.  - The color/shade is very natural and perfect for everyday look.  - Though after 6 hours of using this EH Dear Darling Tint, the color wasn't as vibrant as compared to when I first applied it. As I want a more vibrant shade, I did dabbed the product a lot of times on my lips just achieve my desired color. But if you're into a natural looking color, I think 2-3 dab on your lips will do.  - Also, I think after 3-4 hours, a retouch is already a must. :)

Last June 25, I was invited to a Bloggers Quiz Night held at Borough, Podium in Ortigas. Since it was my first time attending this kind of blogger event, I really had no idea on how this one goes. Just got so excited since it was my first time attending a bloggers quiz night.   
The quiz night was held at Borough, Podium Mall in Ortigas. As far as I know, Borough offers comfort foods that is readily accessible to everyone, 24/7. Nice right? 
Place is located on a small corner at the GF of Podium Mall. But hey, don't be deceived by it's location. Inside, the place is very spacious and it's as if you were transported in a different place. The bar that was placed across really had my attention (as I wanted to sit there haha) but sadly, the event was held on a more spacious area upstairs.    
Anyway, a few minutes after I arrived (sorry If I was late :(), the quiz night started. Our team was already divided beforehand and each team were given a pen and a paper. Oh by the way, our team was named "The Contouring" and I'm with Tesle of testletelan.com and Rovie of thebargaindoll.com. They're both pretty girls! :) 
The 1st part was guessing the title and artist of the song then the 2nd part was guessing the tite of the movie. It was soooo hard!! Haha Good thing, Rovie seems to know a lot. Haha The 3rd part was general questions/pambawi part. :)  In the middle of the game, foods were served to us. Here's what we ate that day: 
Fries in a Basket (Php150)  "A whole basket of fries, served with Borough's special 'Odessa Sauce'"  - The fries was fried perfectly and it wasn't that greasy. The Odessa sauce was perfect that I was able to eat a lot of fries. Haha 
Haystack Onion Rings (Php180)  "Piled high, served with BBQ sauce and sour cream onion dip"  - Again, non greasy and very easy to eat. Loved the sour cream dip a lot. Servings were a lot given the price. 
Popcorn Calamari (Php290)  "Pop corn - crusted Fried Squid tossed with extra popcorn for good measure. Served with clarified chili butter"  - Love the popcorn dipped in chili butter. I love butter a lot and the chili/spicy flavor gave the popcorn a different kind of kick.
Buffalo Chicken Wings (Php360)  "Classic hot and spicy wings originally from Buffalo, New York. Served with real Blue Cheese Dip"  - Not too spicy but just the right amount of spiciness for a kick. I love love their buffalo chicken wings a lot especially the blue cheese dip. Actually, didn't know that it was a blue cheese. Haha 
Chocolate Chicken Wings (Php280)  "For the adventurous, baked wings coated in cocoa and cinnamon, served with Cilantro sour cream"  - The chicken wings were okay but didn't really like the flavor since it was too spicy for me. 
Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup  "Grilled cheese in homemade brioche bread, served in creamy tomato soup. Dip it!"  - Sadly, wasn't able to taste this one :( 
Saw their menu and it wasn't that bad. I mean, given the place and the very nice ambiance, honestly, I thought the price was more expensive than what I thought. :) Some dishes were a bit pricey but I guess it's worth it. 
The winners were announced after a while. And guess who won on tonight's quiz night? Non other than The Contouring team! Yay! Got GC's from Borough team :)

If you have read my previous blog post about skin whitening, I did mentioned that I do have an uneven skin tone. 
During my teenage years, I had a huge hormonal pimple problems which leads me to use derma products to get rid and prevent pimple breakouts. Results: **For the product/soap to last longer, I usually cut the bar into two pieces. Just consumed 1/2 bar in just 2-3weeks. As of June 22 (more than a month of using), I'm currently almost done with the 2nd half of the soap.  **I usually use this soap 2-3x a day.  **I started with a light skin complexion and after just a month of use, I noticed that my skin is more brighter and radiant especially outdoors.  **Please take note that I'm also currently using Snow Skin Whitening Lotion, Snow Caps and Vita White for body whitening. 
Sharing another video review of Snow Skin Whitening Soap on my Youtube channel: Pros:  - Squeaky clean feeling after wash  - Radiant, brighter results  - 1/2 bar of soap lasts for about 2-3weeks already 
Cons:  - Maybe a bit pricey for some  - A bit drying on my skin after use (To moisturize my skin, I use Snow Skin Whitening Lotion after) 
Verdict: After more than a month of using this product, I can say that I really like the product a lot especially when it comes to cleansing rather than whitening. I like the squeaky clean feeling this bar of soap leaves on my skin. I'm not really quite sure for the whitening effects but it made my skin glowy and radiant after use. 
Would I recommend this product? Currently, I'm still using this product and based on my experience of using whitening soaps, I believe that it will really take months (or maybe years) of use to be able to achieve your desired skin tone. Given the effects/results of Snow Skin Whitening Soap, still I recommend this as a good radiant/glowy whitening soap for all. :)

Along with Snow Caps, another whitening supplement was also given to me. This is the Kokando Vita White Plus L-Cysteine Whitening Tablets which I believe are Japanese oral glutathione. 
Before I share with you my review about these oral glutathiones, let me share with you first my opinion about glutathione. 
To begin with, (not to brag or whatsoever) I was already born with a fair skin. During my teenage years, I had a huge hormonal pimple problems which leads me to use derma products to get rid and prevent pimple breakouts. Thus I do have a lighter skin color on my face compared to my arms, body and legs. I don't have any issues with uneven skin tone but for 3 years now, I use Kojie San Kojic Soap to help my arms, body and legs to lighten but still it is not enough to even out my skin tone. 
Last month, Cheska's Store asked me if I could review glutathione capsules to which I agreed. I never tried any oral gluta before (I'll tell you later why) but if given a chance, I wouldn't resist. I got 2 boxes of Snow Caps and 1 bottle of Vita White Plus Tablets last month (May). Started exactly my first intake last May 15.  And lots of my friend commented and questioned me as to why I still need to take oral gluta when in fact, I already have a fair skintone. Haha (Bakit ba, e gusto ko itry e haha). 
But before I took the oral caps, here are the list of things I was kinda doubtful and unsure before taking this oral gluta. You might also relate to some of my questions below: 
1. Would oral glutathione and Vita White Plus harm my liver or kidneys since it'll filter everything I intake?  - According to my research, there is no study if oral glutathione really affects the liver or kidneys. I saw one or two articles stating that IV gluta does more damage to the kidneys. Also read that the higher gluta content, the greater the liver's capacity to detoxify harmful chemicals. 
2. According to Cheska's Store, it is okay to take 2 caps of Snow Caps while 3 tablets of Vita White Plus in a day. Should I take her advice?  - Since this is my first time taking an oral gluta, I just took 1 cap of Snow Caps plus 1 tablet of Vita White Plus just to be sure. I wasn't really sure with the effect at first thus taking it one at a time. 
3. Is it really effective?  - With lots of oral gluta and iv gluta in the market, at first, I was kinda doubtful if this was really effective or not. Some says it does wonders while some are not. So now, lemme finally share with you my review on Snow Caps + Vita White Plus. 
4. What is a Glutathione?  - According to the infos I got online, "Glutathione is a substance produced naturally by liver. It is the major anti oxidant produced by the body and our immune system depends in a steady supply if glutathione." In short, one can take an oral glutathione to boost his/her immune system. 
5. Why is there a need to take Vitamin C while taking GSH?  - This is to enhance or boots glutathione levels on the blood that why one must take more Vit C than the glutathione. 
♥Snow Caps♥  Product Description: According to their website (http://vidanutriscience.com), "Snow Caps contains Premium 500mg of L-Glutathione, also known as the miracle enzyme, to help whiten our skin. ♡Review♡  - I started taking the Snow Caps 1 cap and Vita White 1 tablets last May 15. You may take 2 caps of Snow Caps a day (morning & evening) and 3 tablets of Vita White depends on you.  - I'm not particular with the time of intake but I make sure I take this every single day.  - The taste of Snow Caps when intake reminds of a rotten egg. They said that this means that the product is original. I usually drink this with my coffee or anything except water, to avoid the rotten egg taste. Vita White on the other hand doesn't really taste anything.  - Some claims that Snow Caps did changed their bowel movement but mine stays the same/normal/no changes at all.  - Didn't really noticed any effects on the first few days or weeks after I started taking them. Recently went to the beach (on the 3rd week of use) and that's when I noticed that it is REALLY EFFECTIVE!  - On the 3rd week of intake, I'm not sure if my tone's lighter now but I noticed that my skin is much brighter, glowy and radiant compared before.  - To confirm, my friends told me that yes, indeed I'm much whiter now compared to when they last saw me a few months ago.  - I'm not sure if this affects my hormonal/monthly pimple breakouts but I only had a minimal pimple for this month and the minimal blemishes on my face that I always talk about, start to fade or lighten. 
RESULT:  (BEFORE: LEFT: Dec 2015) This is the most recent outdoor photo I could ever find. Haha  (AFTER: RIGHT: June 2016) Photo taken during my trip to Real Surf PH on the 1st week of June, 3 weeks use of Snow Caps + Vita White already. **Btw, please take note of this. Usually, I have read & heard different comments about the effects of oral glutathione on each individual. And to begin with, I have fair skin tone already that's why I was able to easily achieve this lighter skin tone as early as 3 weeks. We may achieve different results depending on current skin tone. 
Duration of intake of skin whitening:  *Medium Brown Skin: 1-3 months  *Dark Brown Skin: 3-6 months  *Very Dark Skin: 6-12 months  *Black Skin: 2 years or more  *Once a person has acquired her desired color, the maintenance dose will just be 500mg once a day.

Will I recommend this product? YES, YES, YES!! Though sometimes I may not really feel it, lately my friends told me that my skin is more brighter and radiant now. I've also been getting comments on how I got this complexion so I think Snow Caps and Vita White are effective on my skin. I've only been using this for a month now (consumed 1 box-30 caps and currently on my 2nd box of Snow Caps). So thumbs up for this very effective oral glutathione.
