Last January 2021, had a 3d2d staycation at Tagaytay. Made a blog post HERE just in case you want to read it.

Before going to our accommodation, we dropped by at Ruined Project at Crosswinds for a quick lunch. The place is really Insta worthy!!!

Ruined Project located at Crosswinds Drive, is a supposed to be the 50th store of Coffee Project but the pandemic happened. It is an al fresco cafe with a gorgeous floral and nature theme. Every corner is pretty and instagrammable.

Menu is "almost" the same but still different plus much pricier than the Coffee Project.

Here's what we ordered:

✨ Tex Mex Mac & Cheese Php385

✨ Cajun Bacon & Egg Php375

✨ Caramel Latte
✨ Coffee Indochine
The 2 dishes have a large amount of serving, enough to satisfy us. The Caramel Latte is good but Coffee Indochine is way better. Gives you that caffeine kick you needed all day. Bitter, sweet, creamy and satisfying. Menu here are little pricier than the Coffee Project but definitely worth the stay.

Last January 2021, had a 3d2n staycation at Tagaytay. Made a blog post HERE just in case you want to read it.

We check in at our accommodation at Nordic Homes in Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences. I already went at their Santorini Room in 2018 that is why I chose to book here again - in a different room this time. HERE is the blog review of their Santorini room I made in 2018.

The process for booking is very easy. Booked via Airbnb and right then, they will message you with instructions prior going to the place. Have to answer a health declaration form online. On the day of booking, we check in at the lobby guard then proceeded at the 3rd floor to meet their staff. They assisted us going to the room.

The room is a little small but just enough for the 2 of us. Compared to their other themed rooms, this one is just basic and don't have much of a design. I think they compensated well on the view. But since it is located at the 12th floor, the city noise is so loud that we prefer to just close the windows and doors instead.

They have 2 balconies - 1 facing Taal and the other one, facing the side mountains and residential area. The view is nice but didn't appreciated it much since city noise is really loud.

Wifi is unstable same as out data which is Globe. I think there is a problem in the Globe in this side of the building. Although, just need a little patience on this.

During the 2nd night, the wifi connection was lost but the staff are very easy to communicate with us. They immediately sent one of their staff to fix the wifi.

Their is also a PS4 that is why you won't really get bored here.

Everything you need is already in this place. Overall, our stay here was definitely nice and I really had a great time staying here. Although, I would recommend their other units instead.

Travelling nowadays isn't as convenient as it was before. Looking for a great spot near Manila seems hard and much of a hassle will all the requirements needed. Last January 2021, we finally went back to Tagaytay for a quick 3d2n staycation.

Before going to our accommodation, we dropped by at Ruined Project at Crosswinds Drive for a quick lunch. The place is really instagrammable!! The dishes were so good but a little pricey. Will be making a separate blog post for this place.

Went outside for a little walk as the surroundings reminds me of Baguio. It was raining that day and it was so cold. Had a little photoshoot under the pines.

After that, we checked in at our accommodation at Nordic Homes in Cityland Tagaytay Prime Residences. I already went at their Santorini Room in 2018, that is why I chose to book here again - in a different room this time. Will be making a separate blog post regarding our accommodation.

Took a few photos, made a Tiktok video and then we headed out to look for place to have dinner. But sadly, most establishments were already closed at that time (around 7pm) so we just bought snacks at the nearby convenient store.

Played some of the available PS4 games and watched Netflix after. Slept a little late afterwards.

We still have no plans the next day so we had late breakfast in the unit and watched Netflix again. Until we decided to head out again for dinner.

For dinner, went back to Bag of Beans Charito branch. I've been to some of their branches and been eyeing to dine at this branch. Went here last November but sadly, there were lots of people and the waiting line was so long that we chose to dine at a different branch instead. I badly want to try the Charito branch because of the view.

Here's our same order every time we dine at any Bag of Beans branch. Haha

After that, we ordered coffee at The Coffee Project since it's the perfect place to have coffee. Ordered the Coffee Indochine here (same order as the one in Ruined Project but this one is more affordable. Guess we pay the ambiance and place at the Ruined Project).

Then walked near the pine trees at night. That night was so foggy but hey, don't get fooled by this. Even though it was foggy, the temperature wasn't that cold. I wore shorts that time and I didn't felt that cold.

Went back at around 8pm. Spent the night playing Uncharted at PS4. The game is so addictive. If I only knew it was such a good game, I should have played it the first day. Haha

That 3d2n without any definite plans is something I really looked forward to. To relax with a nice view, stayed inside the unit while watching Netflix and played PS4, explore new places and the road trip. Really enjoyed the stay.
