On one stormy evening, we accidentally came
across a newly opened food spot, Karnevore in Marikina. We didn't have any idea of this place but
since I'm fond of trying new stuffs, we excitedly dined at this place.
Place is located at the back
of Yellow Cab or McDo Marcos Highway. It isn't really that
hard to find.
To have an idea of what they served, a menu
board was placed outside. Grill. Steak. Pasta. Chill. Those words came into
my mind when I saw the menu. Sounds yummy! So we decided to dine at this place.
Upon entering, the staffs were very
accommodating to us. They were friendly and helped with our seats.
Menu was placed on the counter. They served
steaks, pasta, sausages and some alcoholic drinks. Actually, we really had a
hard time choosing what to eat since there were really a lot to choose from.

We decided to try their one of their best
sellers.
Savory Porterhouse Steak (Php185)
"A chunk of flavorful Porterhouse
steak seasoned and cooked the Karnevore way. Served with a choice of Umami
corn, Robuchon potato, or plain rice"
- Their own version of the Porterhouse
steak is really yummy and tender. Servings of steak were thick and really
enough for me. Thing I didn't like is their gravy/sauce since it taste is too
bland for me.
Spicy Buttered Pork Ribs (Php195)
"Crisp and succulent buttery pork
ribs in spices, herbs and crunchies"
- The combination of spicy and butter
flavored pork ribs are a must try! It tastes sweet and spicy at that same time.
Very flavorful.
Please take note that there is a 5% service charge.
If you're looking for a good place to eat
steaks and chill out with your friends, I think Karnevore is definitely the
best place to be. :)
