Procrastination and being overly SLEEPY is one of the factors why most of the time, my rest days are unproductive. I can sleep for 10-12 hours during these days or sometimes, I can just stay in bed all day! Totally unhealthy and unproductive! I really lack energy during these days. Although, my rest days are also the times I want to relax and just do nothing related to work, blog or Youtube. Most of the times I forgot things thus I always write on a paper or make it a reminder on my phone just so I won't forget things. Most of the things can be done at 1 hour or so but I tend to finish it for longer than that just because I move too slow. But would you believe that these changes all because of a supplement? As of writing, I'm currently using the Spike Brain Booster (more than a month of use) and it did made a HUGE impact on my daily life. I used to have less energy whenever I wake up but while using the Spike Booster, I noticed that I don't feel that much sleepy as before and I have this energy to immediately do things rather than stay in bed all day! How to Use: 1. Open pouch 2. Put in on your nose gently 3. Adhere the sheet sufficiently and use for 10-15 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. 4. Using this kind of nose pack is kind of new to me. It's like using a mask sheet but instead used on the nose area. The nose pack itself has a lot of serum so I think you can also use the excess serum for the face. Once the mask sheet is applied on the nose, you can notice small bubbles forming which means it started to work by gently removing the blackhead, whitehead and sebum on the nose. My nose is really rough because of the whiteheads and it's becoming oily nowadays. This bubble nose pack helps to get rid of the gunk on my nose plus makes it soft and smooth after use. I've used 5 packs of these and truly lessen the whiteheads on my nose plus noticed that I'm not that oily compared to before.

Lately, I'm really into skincare products since I haven't experienced any breakouts since January/February of this year. Texture/Consistency: A lightweight white cream that is a little thinner and softer than the usual cream/paste. It is easily absorbed by the skin.

How to Use: Evening: After cleansing, do the usual skincare routine and apply this after the toner. You can use this as the last step of your routine.
